The ADWE Think Tank Network™ is founded

On this day, the Founder adopts this Charter and thereby constitutes The ADWE Think Tank Network™ Investment Approach as a private membership institution. Until such time as additional members are admitted pursuant to the Charter, the Founder shall exercise the powers and responsibilities assigned to the Founding Office.
